Terms & Conditions – Nova Ford Supernova Week

• Offer valid on eligible new Ford vehicle purchases made between 13 – 20 September 2025, with delivery required before 30 September 2025, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Eligible customers: Private buyers and Blue Fleet customers only.

• Excludes: Government fleet, rental, demonstrator, and used vehicles.

• Free scheduled servicing covers manufacturer-specified services for 5 years or 75,000km (whichever occurs first), performed exclusively at Nova Ford Caboolture.

• Additional items not included in Ford’s service schedule (e.g. wear-and-tear items, consumables, or non-standard repairs) remain the customer’s responsibility.

• Limit of one (1) servicing package per eligible vehicle purchased.

• Customers who have already taken delivery of their vehicle prior to 13 September 2025 are not eligible.

• Customers with vehicles already due for collection, where a discount or alternate deal has been applied prior to the promotion, are not eligible.

• If additional discounts, incentives, or promotional offers are applied to the vehicle purchase, the servicing bonus may not be available.

• Not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.

• In the event of cancellation or reversal of sale, the servicing package is void.
